You know who is drowning in paperwork. You were on a job with him last week. Send him over, and when he signs up and starts paying, $500 is yours.

Sign in with your email. You get a link with your own code in it, and a dashboard that shows who clicked it.

Text it. There is a message already written for you to forward — it is meant to be sent as-is, not admired.

They sign up
They get set up and start paying. Nothing is asked of you in between.

You get paid
$500, once their second monthly payment clears. Setup fees do not count toward it — we say that up front rather than at payout time.
The second payment, rather than the first, because a referral that cancels in week three was not a referral. It is a rule we can show you, not a judgement call made at the time.
The tax form, said plainly
Before any money goes out we need a W-9 from you. That is the IRS, not us — we cannot pay a bounty to someone we cannot report, and we are not going to get creative about it.
Two things worth knowing. First: anything you have earned while the form is outstanding is held, not lost — it sits there with your name on it and pays out the day the form lands. Second: a 1099 only gets issued once you pass $2,000 in a year, which is four referrals. Below that there is no form going anywhere, though the W-9 is still collected first.
What stops you cutting me out?
The click is recorded, not remembered
Your link records the visit the moment it is opened, and the referral is attached to your code for ninety days. It does not depend on the contractor mentioning your name on a call.
You can see it happening
Your dashboard shows clicks, enquiries, signups, what is owed and what has been paid. If a number looks wrong you can see it on the same day rather than at payout time.
You can recruit recruiters
If someone you brought in starts referring too, you earn an override on theirs. Two levels, and that is where it stops — anything deeper stops being a referral programme and starts being something a state attorney general writes to you about.
The price is not a secret
The product is $999 a month plus setup. Tell them the number when you send the link. A referral who finds the price out later feels sold to, and takes that out on you, not on us.
