The things pricing pages normally hide
- More than ten technicians?
- The $999 band covers one to 10. Above that we quote you, and we do it before you sign rather than in an email in month four. If you are at eleven we are not going to make a thing of it.
- Is there a contract?
- Month to month. Cancel and the next month does not bill. The setup fee is not refundable once the setup is done, which is the only bit worth reading twice.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- You get it. Customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, documents — as files you can open, not a support request. It is your business's record, not ours.
- Do you take a cut of what we invoice?
- No. The number on this page is the number. A percentage model means the software earns more when your prices go up, and that is a bad set of incentives to have sitting in your accounts.
- Is there a free trial?
- No, and the honest reason is that this is not a product you try — it is a setup we do for you. What there is instead is a call where someone looks at what you have and tells you if it will not work.
